Добрый день! Квартира в новостройке, ипотечная, в коридоре по плану была возведена стена (ну или перегородка) из пеноблоков, не несущая, с помощью которой отделялось помещение типа маленькой кладовки (на тех https://www.rvtv.ru/poryadok-oformleniya-pereplanirovki.html

Какие перепланировки из этого всего нужно было согласовывать? И возможно ли узаконить это сейчас, если ремонт уже сделан? Является ли нарушением увеличение проема в не несущей стене из пеноблоков?
